One of the privileges of teaching cooperative education is the opportunity to connect with great people in our community. The team at Studio 1 Barbershop are such people. Not only have they offered multiple learning experiences to our students, but they have also supported some in other ways thanks to their big hearts. The shop itself is welcoming, and the haircuts are amazing. I have been a patron for more than a year and have always been pleased with my cut. I very highly recommend the Studio 1 Barbershop.

I’ve been a client of this place for over a year now, always booking my appointments in advance and planning my day accordingly. Recently, after booking an appointment a few days ahead, I showed up on time—only to be told by Brian that he’s running behind and I’d have to wait an additional 45 minutes. No one called, no heads-up—just poor communication and terrible client service. This is not what you’d expect from a place where you pay over $500 a year. Nice atmosphere with great customer service and care. Quality haircut and they check in every step to make sure I was getting my preferred haircut. Would come back here again.
