It's just a office not even the warehouse cant buy anything direct then pick it up locally.
Tread carefully when purchasing products from this company. Customer service is extremely poor. The two employees I dealt with (Mark Phiilip and Guido Foddis) seemed to have no idea about how to fix a software related issue and in the end started to ignore my emails. Fortunately, I have relayed this information to my University where students and staff will now look elsewhere for software and technology products.

I ordered from then last Thursday and I still haven't recieved my download code or whatever I'm supposed to be waiting for
