This venue is gorgeous and incredibly well maintained by Muyiwa, the man running the show. It has a fantastic view of downtown Houston, which is a big reason my husband and I picked it for our wedding. Besides that though, the price is excellent for the quality and area of town. The rental price included set up time, 4 hours of partying, teardown time, valet parking, and security. A great deal! The full kitchen was perfect for our caterer and the bar was super functional and easy for our bartender to move around in. Everyone loved the space and had a great time. Muyiwa also provides a list of preferred vendors for other wedding services, which proved to be handy for us in booking our officiant. And, the venue website has a handy floorplan tool to assist in table layout. Know when booking that if you choose to connect your own device to the sound system, it has to be an Apple device with AirPlay, so it can connect wirelessly. We were going to bring an MP3 player and connect via an AUX cable, which we found out wouldn't work by a chance conversation with Muyiwa. Had it not been for that conversation, we may not have known and been music-less the day of. Make sure you ask lots of questions and keep in good communication with him via phone and email. Muyiwa is a great host and runs a beautiful venue. Overall, my husband and I had a lovely experience here and it helped make our wedding day perfect!

The view from the top of this building is amazing. The valet service is very friendly and takes care of the customer!

My daughter found this place and I'm so glad she did. I had a wonderful party and the whole staff were excellent. If you have an event. I highly recommend you give this to place a look!

My friend celebrated her 50th Birthday here! We had a fabulous time the venue was perfect for the Divas we all were that evening! We were on the rooftop the view of the Houston City Skyline was breathtaking the spacious outdoor area was enough for the party alone but the option to go in and out was amazing the live band she had sound wonderful with the acoustics, the bar was generously placed with all the mirrors to check yourself out at and spacious tables and chairs was perfect! Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice upscale yet down to earth vibe all at the same time....1111 Studewood Place!

I love this hidden gem! All of my guests that came, including vendors were asking how I found this place! The owners Muyiwa/Michael are the epitome of professionalism! The interior is industrial/modern and very clean. I love the patio with the cute hanging lights..And the view is to die for!! 😍😍 If there was an extra star I'd use it! 6 star experience 🏾
