We recently visited for my daughter’s five-year well check and spent over two hours in the office. While the doctor portion began on time and was excellent, we were then left sitting for nearly 50 minutes waiting for a nurse to administer routine immunizations. When the nurse finally arrived, the experience went from frustrating to upsetting. She was condescending, impatient, and clearly uncomfortable working with children. I would recommend Mallory or any of the other NP and doctors they are very good and want to get to know your child. The front desk people checking you in or answering phone calls leave a lot to be desired. We have used pediatric associates since the boys were babies they are 20, 17, 17 now.
Great office. Dr and all staff are friendly and helpful. Dr Waite has been my 5 children’s Dr from the start.
Dr. Thompson is amazing!!
