The people that work in the Place Riel office are polite enough, but Studentcare as a company is the absolute worst. For some reason I was told my insurance was only active for the first semester and I had to reapply for second semester, which I did for myself and my spouse prior to the deadline. The workers at the UofS Place Riel Location are extremely nice and try there best to help. HOWEVER, this company is terrible. They make it extremely difficult to receive proper customer service as their workers are told to direct customers to their website, which constantly crashes. I would recommend opting out of their health and dental service ASAP, as it is not work the $300 for the minimal coverage and consideration for their customers they give.

I was opted out of health and dental insurance without consent and now I have to pay a $300 fee.
