Got hung up on immediately. Called back. Asked a specific question very clearly and they were leading me to irrelevant information. Disappointing service.
The people that work in the office and on the phone are very kind and well-mannered. I mean no ill will when I say that StudentCare is a terrible company. I was promised a $678.82 refund after they accidentally made me pay for the graduate student care fees (I'm an undergraduate). After months of calling and emailing, I have not gotten my refund. Very unfortunate.

The people that work in the Place Riel office are polite enough, but Studentcare as a company is the absolute worst. For some reason I was told my insurance was only active for the first semester and I had to reapply for second semester, which I did for myself and my spouse prior to the deadline. This application was then denied “automatically” and I have visited the office many times, as well as calling and emailing and no progress has been made.
