Back in February 2025 I had a solicitor from this company come to my house and broke my screen door handle. The door was locked but it was forced and as a result it snapped. I have the video whereby you can hear the snap of the handle. After several phone calls I was finally directed to the person who came out to drop off his flyer. He came out to inspect the doorknob and admitted that he used too much force to open the door. The door could not be opened from the inside nor the outside. Lasted less then a month. The didn't use the equipment or materials, thus result us very poor. At the moment Cole is unreachable.
On May 2 we signed a contract with Student Works Painting. Operator’s name was Brandon Skubel. The contract said the job would be done late June, early July. Student Works contacted us early July and said someone would arrive, July 10 to power-wash the porch deck in preparation for stripping, sanding & painting. No one showed up. On Friday July 11, two painters showed up to paint but the deck had not been power-washed so they left. Absolutely do everything you can to avoid this business. Horrible communication . Terrible work. I do NOT recommend.. We would NEVER use these people again. Wish I could give negative stars. Further to my above review and seeing the response .I have called the office as instructedd and was told I would hear back from the local management. I have not been contacted. again... AVOID THIS COMPANY !!
