Waste of money .I’m really disappointed with the service I received from StudentWork. They were hired to come out this summer and clean all my gutters and drains in preparation for winter. Initially, it seemed like the job was done, but in the last couple of weeks, I noticed a problem. One of the walls on the side of my house started getting wet, and it kept getting worse. Did half the work agreed to in the contract, no excuse other than they didn't have the equipment needed to complete the contracted work. Instead of offering a refund for the half not performed (which was the more labour intensive part) they refunded a quarter the contract. The work that was done was sloppy and poor quality and I could of done better myself. I'd advise against using them, we never will again. Back in February 2025 I had a solicitor from this company come to my house and broke my screen door handle. The door was locked but it was forced and as a result it snapped. I have the video whereby you can hear the snap of the handle. After several phone calls I was finally directed to the person who came out to drop off his flyer. He came out to inspect the doorknob and admitted that he used too much force to open the door. The door could not be opened from the inside nor the outside. Lasted less then a month. The didn't use the equipment or materials, thus result us very poor. At the moment Cole is unreachable.
