I have waited months for an assessment, they cancelled this assessment then rebooked it, only to cancel the newest assessment the day of while citing a policy that no one had previously mentioned at any point during the initial booking as well as the rebooking. This is a process that has taken months and I’ve felt very alone during it. If you are struggling and looking for something reliable I don’t think it’s the student wellness centre, I have never been so disappointed.
