Our busdriver on bus 7091 Sam Chapman named jay doesn’t turn on the heaters during a -17 degree weather and sometimes he turns on the ac during extremely cold weathers

School bus service is a joke! School dismissed 45 mins ago, child hasn't arrived home after 1 hour after school dismissed. Parents don't get updates from school or bus service. Called York region school bus phone line, lady said this is normal and there are bus that are much later than this. Balmed parents for not knowing Ontario has a bus driver shortage. If they cannot keep the line open, inform the parents in advance, instead of having the entire community of parents waiting by the street not knowing what to do. The custo... read more

Whoever makes the decisions on bus cancellations is completely insane.Georgina should be a separate zone entirely. Risking everyone’s life here when we get the same weather as Barrie due to the lake. We are not the city and don’t get the cushy weather you do. Get a clue!!!!

Website very easy to navigate, unfortunately transportation is late usually and it has become the norm at my kids bus stop, I understand weather related issues, but this bus is usually late 10-15 min students end up being late ....some call parents or some just don't go to school
