10/10 highly recommend! Xavier is awesome! The apartments look like the pictures, and the maintenance staff is great!
My review is based on when it was The Woods at Greenland. It's the first apartment I moved into when I first moved to Tennessee back in 2001. It was awesome! Fully furnished, $400/month, with beach volley ball, a swimming pool, and plenty of things to do. With the short walk to campus, it was an awesome time.

Getting in here was a waste of time, Xavier was the person who helped me and knew my situation, I had to move in two weeks, I told him about my credit and he told me that there was no problem, that they would help you if you didn't pass the application they would help you based on your income and even if you couldn't pay the deposit they had an easier way to pay it month by month.
