Getting in here was a waste of time, Xavier was the person who helped me and knew my situation, I had to move in two weeks, I told him about my credit and he told me that there was no problem, that they would help you if you didn't pass the application they would help you based on your income and even if you couldn't pay the deposit they had an easier way to pay it month by month. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for affordable and convenient living. Leasing process was smooth and staff is knowledgeable and helpful.
Apartments themselves are decent, don’t expect management to help with anything though. Clueless and just not helpful. Didn’t have WiFi for the first month. Had two broken showers for over 7 weeks. They just don’t care as long as they are being paid.
Stay away and be warned wost experience I've ever had. I never moved in and they got 200 from me and I'm constantly receiving a bill stating I owe another 200 from a walk through. Took a month for them to tell us we didnt get in and that was 24 hours after being called and told everything looked fine. Found an amazing apartment down the street however and we were approved in 48 hrs.
