If you want good internet they only have xfinity. Period. If you want ac, good luck. If you pick a layout on their website, its getting switched. Maintenance.. sure they will show up but they aren't the best, also will just walk in because that's in the lease. Packages.. get stolen or misplaced 40% of the time. Have seen police roll in 4 cars deep shining lights on windows. A 4 bed for me is typically 2300 a month. Int. And pwr. Not included. Pool is saturated weekly with green algae. 10/10 highly recommend! Xavier is awesome! The apartments look like the pictures, and the maintenance staff is great!
My review is based on when it was The Woods at Greenland. It's the first apartment I moved into when I first moved to Tennessee back in 2001. It was awesome! Fully furnished, $400/month, with beach volley ball, a swimming pool, and plenty of things to do. With the short walk to campus, it was an awesome time.
Love the people who work there!
