Took over 6 months to bill for services and then only sent CWU email bills for a student that had graduated. No notification through mail or any other source. Also don't know what a health savings debit card is... In this day and age how can you be so incompetent.
Went in with cold symptoms to make sure it wasn't an infection and they were great. Treated me with care, they were quick, reassuring, and listened to my concerns.
I went in with ear pain and a sore throat, expressing my concerns about an ear infection. They pointed out my ear was red but prescribed allergy medicine and sent me off. I later went to a different clinic and was told I had a pretty bad and OBVIOUS ear infection. Consultation from nurse practitioner felt lazy.
Charged 50 dollars and forced to reschedule for being 11 minute late. Didn't reschedule.
They'll poke and prod and run all sorts of tests. Then, they refuse to explain why those tests were run, what the codes mean, what ANY of it means. Wish they'd hire staff that actually care about the wellbeing and mental health of the students.
