ZuntaFi is one of the worse lending institutions I have ever had the displeasure to do business with. I rescinded the loan within three days of acquiring the loan as I had fired the Lawyer firm I was doing business with. They have yet to answer me if they have received their money back from the Firm or if they actually contacted the Firm to get their money back. Long ago, I finished my student loan. I have absolutely no idea how these people got my information, I have no loan with them. Why do they want to contact me? I have had no dealings with them. I don't remember anything that might have happened in 2013.

This company is awful and has the worst customer service ever. They never answer their phone and never return any phone calls to you. I am surprised they are in business as they are bad and do NOT support their customers. I was so excited I was approved to find out the fine details were not provided to me by the company I got the loan for or the lender. I was not aware that I have daily interest and made a large payment which now appears to have paid NOTHING. This company is a joke and scandalous to people.

Extremely horrible 3rd party financial institution. I never usually leave any reviews for businesses but in this case I was extremely upset due to the fact that they promised me no interest for 12 months. My payment was due on the 10th and I made my payment on the 14th because I was having difficulties with their application. I called to make the payment and they told that would be the only way to pay. So I waited until their application was up and working again. When I was finally able to make the payment I paid $500.
