CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT NEEDS TO GET THESE OUTLAWS SHUT DOWN!! My husband is so upset over this entire ordeal. He had ONE yes that is correct ONE payment left and even checked with this company and they agreed!! Someone stopped the bank auto draft when husband probably brought it to their attention!!? Zuntifi is related to litigation practice group They are part of the scam that litigation practice is practicing LPG litigation practice group gets the money from zuntifi to cover legal fees That they never performed. Zuntifi should get the money back from litigation practice group And not from their victim

I made an extra payment for a student loan and the next month their statement states the loan is delinquent and adds a $5 charge. I tried to reach the account manager and get voicemail or press 1 to speak with someone. This option does not work. I'm unable to leave a 0 star rating

I unfortunately attend a private graduate institution that requires that I take private loans. Zuntafi was one of the few options, so I was essentially forced to select them as my servicer. Now that it is time for tax season, I am trying to find tax documents that should legally be reported by every loan servicing agency. They purposely hide this information so that the borrower is placed in an even more disadvantaged position. THIS COMPANY WILL SPIKE APR RATES AFTER YOU GET YOUR LOAN DON'T USE THIS COMPANY, GOES FROM NORMAL APR TO 23% ****** COMPANY. Also, if you check the reviews on google it's all employees or former employees. Now I can tell because every basic brain-dead comment is too simple and doesn't provide any details. ALSO, THEIR BACKEND TEAM WILL COMMENT ON THOSE COMMENTS. This is creating a false sense of rating of the company. I do think this company is legal. I did not put a loan in with them. I had a shower put in by *******. I was not supposed to make payment for a year. My interest was lower. I was supposed to get a senior citizen taxes cut for $1700. Zunta FI keep texting ever week with payment amount going up. I send a check for $147.00. They sent it back. They said I sent it to the wrong place. I use the payment papers they sent me with the Bank account address to send it to them. But they said it was The wrong place . I,am confused . We keep getting letters stating we are past due. We do not have a loan with this company, we don't know who they are or why they think we have a $3000 loan with them, never got the money. I tried sending an email to them to see if they could tell me what this is for, no response. I even started an account online with them and when I tried to see what the loan was for, they say we don't have no active loans. Did not request a loan with Zuntafy because a company named ********** set up this this loan which I did ask for.... ***************************** I will be filing a complaint with The Attorney General of Texas, my home State........
