Don't do this one! I can't even pay online. Their website won't let you create an account to pay off your loan. I have to call the night before to give them a heads up that I can only pay over the phone. If you can pay then, even if they wanted to take your money (and I swear they don't want you to even pay a penny on it), you can only do it over the phone. That's my experience. It might be different for someone else, but I can only pay them over the phone and their websites are shit. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Since RISLA only reports to one credit bureau (Experian) it makes it impossible to build credit across all three credit bureaus. When I asked if they could update this information across the other bureaus they flat out refused and stated that they are only required by law to report to one even though many other student loan companies agencies report to all three. This is essentially poor business practices that affect their customers credit in the long term.

Credit and income requirement are extremely hard to qualify for, and even if you manage it, their rules for deferment based on student status are exclusionary and parasitic. Student loans are a scam!
