TERRIBLE. Zero flexibility, no cancellation waitlist, very difficult to actually get an appointment. If you actually wake up sick on campus, you will have almost no chance of actually being able to get help here. Very unhelpful when reaching out for help if a student requires medical care.
The receptionist on the phone promised an appointment, you show up and they tell you oh we actually don't have anything booked for you. Great service truly.
Almost impossible to make an appointment, and when you finally do, doctors like Samantha Mihalco mark you a “no show” after 4 minutes. Try literally any other clinic
