I have over an hour commute to get here and they turned me away as a no show for being three minutes late when I have frequently arrived and waited up to half an hour in the past.
The counseling service sign-up process is so demoralizing that it'll snap you right out of needing counseling. Incredibly inflexible and judgemental for a service regarding mental health. Also, guess who recommended me counseling? The physician I saw at a SHC check-up who watched me cry after coercing me to do blood work out of coverage as a solution to the issue I brought up, even as I explained that I've had normal blood work all my life.
