I’ve had many experiences at the Student Health Center, but Ms. Savannah J. Tatum truly stands out. She is an exceptional medical assistant who made me feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for throughout my visit. So far my daughter has had a very good experience with the health center. The staff have been responsive and attentive. Whenever I call they provide me with accurate information. If this changes I will update my review. But so far so good.
A provider here, more specifically Keyanna Guidry, does not document anything correctly here for medical records, immunizations etc. As the patient it seems we are doing her job more than herself, and she always has a bad attitude. Everyone else here is amazing and professional.
Because why on earth would you be closed for the largest university in America on the weekend. Sickness does not just stop on Friday.
Needs to improve their services I came in on Monday the girl did the wrong swab I left feeling worse than I already did came back today told them I was showing flu symptoms the doctor stated to me that I was doing and taking everything right at home and all they gave me was hydration packets if that was the case I wouldn’t be here and I could’ve got them from the store and sent me along my way no medicine no nothing I feel like I got ran over by a truck why are we paying thousands to be test dummies and not get the proper ca... read more
