When you call no one ever answers. The recording says 24 hours but they never get back to you. My course Financial Advisor is always booked for 3 weeks and when you finally meet they rush you. They are not timely or considerate of your time
They are never available. They never answer their phone during business hours. They never call you back if you leave a voice mail. Absolutely awful.
Absolutely terrible financial aid service. They recently raised our payment to almost 2k a month!!!! Thats how much i pay for my mortgage! Its impossible and will cause many students financial hardship. Shame on you Fresno Pacific
Amazing people! Amazing service! Amazing all around! Many people might not like SFS but they always help their students whenever they need.
Phenomenal people working here ^.^ despite many third parties problems that end of delaying aid for students, this office always tries to help their students.
