Yes, I do have a tip for you that would help you to build good will. Post more and larger "WE WILL TOW YOU" signs in your parking lot rather than your two, paper sized signs of your notice of towing. You may be legally within your rights (as you said) but morally and ethically, I do not believe you are. I was told that one of the employees working in the Student Donor Center had to call the towing company in order to be told to tow a car. So here lies yet another moral issue.
