My service was terrible! Ray was talking to another guy of his and discussing another customer. Calling them the N word. I was offended by this. He also called me a dumb stupid woman! I don't think that he thought I couldn't hear him. His worker Brian that was with him at the time was running around cursing out everything and everyone! We walked into an oven-like house after being on vacation. We called one company and they said our system needed to be replaced.
