Wow, what a knowledgeable and talented person! Everything was explained in detail from the procedure, to the pinch, to the lasting effects of the products used and what is contained within them. It is very comforting and promising to have someone so trained and passionate about what they do. There were absolutely no worries I had before during or after that I know Karen wouldn’t be able to explain or attend too. Highly professional and thorough … a rarity these days! Thank you Karen!
