I had Stucco Testing Specialists test my stucco and it turned out to be leaking into my home. After Yost Stucco removed the stucco I could see exactly what STS had said was completely correct, the rot behind the stucco was way worse than I imagined. If STS had not been so thorough, I would probably have left it for a few more years which would have been a huge mistake. Thank you STS.

I highly recommend STS for your Stucco testing, I recently purchased a stucco home and wasn’t quite sure of the condition of the stucco. I called STS, they came out quickly, were very polite, did a thorough inspection and provided me with a detailed report. I am very satisfied and would absolutely use them again if ever needed.

I recently used STS to determine if I had a stucco moisture problem. I was very nervous about the process but Matt D. put my mind at ease. He scheduled me quickly and when he arrived he took the time to make sure I knew exactly what he would be doing. The test didn't take long and I had results within 48 hours. The report covered all observations and pictures of the testing sites as well as scores. Matt did an excellent job and answered all my follow up questions.
We worked with STS this week to evaluate a potential property for purchase. They were easy to schedule and extremely responsive to phone and email, not to mention their inspection prices were very reasonable when compared to other providers. We worked with Matt Dunlap onsite and he provided several hours of testing with a full discussion of his findings before he left.
