Called on a Monday to have a possible stucco paint issue looked at and Dennis came out that Wed and gave us advice on what to do with our problem. Even took the time to help us out with it himself. Had used him about 3 years ago for a chimney problem and they fixed it and have had no problems since then. Had to wait a while for them to come them because the were busy but did good work.

I had them out to give an estimate of cost and timing. They didn't come the first scheduled time. When they did, they said they would write it up that day and email it by the following day. I stressed that timing is very important to me. Over a week and multiple calls later, they sent a price but no estimate of timing. I immediately responded asked for timing. Two weeks later, still no response.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. The other 1 star reviews closely mirror our experience. Dennis came and looked at our house, made a lot of grand pronouncements and said he would get back to us with more information soon. Over a month later, and nothing. We have emailed him, called his office several times and left messages with his secretary, and never a response. At this point, we wouldn't work with him even if he responded. Totally unreliable.

I made an appointment for Dennis to come out and give us a quote on repairs. He said they were 4-5 weeks out. Three weeks later and still no quote. I left numerous messages and texted Dennis. No response. I left a final message saying that I should have read their reviews first then I would not have wasted all this time.
