By far the worst vendor I have ever used for tickets. I'm trying to sell my ticket to the Madonna concert (which is tonight), which I did. For some inexplicable reason, the transfer did not process via Ticketmaster and now I have to "cancel and resend". Have no idea how to utilize that option, nor should I have to do such since the process of transferring ought to be EASY. Never using StubHub again. I still have a few outstanding purchases with them but, once those are finalized, I'm going with Seat Geek.

I purchased tickets and was told they shipped FedEx 2 day on Jan 9. The tickets did not show up on the 11th. On the 13th they still had not arrived so I contacted stubhub via chat. They said they would investigate and get back to me. Two weeks later after no response I contacted them again and was again told they would investigate and get back to me. Three weeks after that I contacted them again and they claimed the tickets will be delivered Feb 26, two days prior to the event. The FedEx tracking site has no such information... read more

Im a verified and more than a decade old customer of Stubhub and Ticketmaster to buy concert tickets. In the recent years, Stubhub and Ticketmaster have formed a nexus along with the event organizers to rob ticket buyers off their money.They think customers are too dumb to catch on to their sneaky and sleezy business tactics.They hide it uummm....under a price gauging cover blow.
