Stayed at one of their units, it was clean and price was lower than using of the big name websites with higher fees. Got a text at check in asking if I needed anything, asked for extra fans since it was hot that week and within the hour they dropped off fans for us. Check in and check out was easy, plan to use them again, I like knowing they are there as opposed to a single owner renting through a big name site.
We rented Solana Beach & Tennis Club unit 336 for a month. The view is lovely and there is a good big screen TV. The unit is not at all well managed. The pictures shown on the website must be from many years ago. The carpet is old, stained and torn. The furniture smells bad. The paint is stained and peeling. The door and cabinets are beat up.
