They do really decent work And the prices are fair For parts But Know this. if you take your bike into they're Shop even with a appointment It may sit there for a day or 2. Before you can get it back So the more you can do yourself do it. Get you A repair manual Which will have all the part numbers And proceduresto do the work When you get those part numbers if you Can't find it at the dealer go to ebay In some cases amazon They'll even have links for the tools that are needed and fix your bike. Called about a honda axle. Veronica said they placed the order on the 5th and it will arrive 11th or 12th. Called back on Monday and they stated it should be in Tuesday. Called back Tuesday and a guy answered and he said this part should be discontinued and that hes not sure why it allowed an order to be placed and shipped. He said he would call me back but when it was nearly 5pm i thought id call him back. Turns out he went home. I need that part for my daily commute. Wonderful people, great service!
Bought a tire, didn't replace Schrader valve got a flat. Took it back they fixed it. Riding going 85-90 rear tire feels wobbly. Thought it's a new tire so needs couple miles. Bought a balancer myself, sht is off. Put tire 90° let go and it moves. I'm done with this location. I don't want to keep coming back. Perhaps the new guy did this, idk. I'm sure all know me lol.
