Johel was our service tech. He was an absolute pleasure he was very informative and truly explained everything as he was doing it. He was also very nice and patiently listened to my dads stories about his hometown right before he left. That means so much that he took 2 minutes to listen. In this world too many people do not care but not him. I will recommend Stuart plumbing to everyone I know. Thanks again!
Had a bit of an emergency a few days ago. I finished my shower and couldn't turn off the hot water. So online I go, looking for a good local plumber. Stuart's had one of the best ratings. Rang them up and scheduled an appointment. Kent came out on time, checked everything out, and gave me estimates to attempt repair, and full replacement. We opted for replacement as the old two knobbed system was most likely the original set up from when the house was built in 67. Took about 3 hours to complete, but it looks good. I can't say enough good things about Eric Zbonski from Stuart's Plumbing. After a handyman unsuccessfully tried to clear my drain and actually made the problem worse, I was understandably anxious about calling someone else. Eric immediately put me at ease. He was extremely friendly, down to earth, and took the time to explain exactly what was causing the problem and how he was going to fix it. I used Stuart's Plumbing on 7/27/26 for a broken PVC main line water line, and an external faucet replacement. Lee and Geo were the technicians. They were true professionals. I will be using Stuart's Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.
Can't say enough good things about Stuart's. They were able to get my appointment scheduled for the next day and the tech was right on time and great to work with. Eric was very helpful and explained what he was doing and why it was necessary. He was very thorough in checking that the issue was fully resolved before he left. They charge a fair rate and don't try to upsell you on things you don't need. Great business!
