Purchased and installed new AC units several years ago and spent a significant amount of money. Since that time, the leaks , AC disruption and charges for repeated visits have been excessive. They recommended we install Pumps to drain overflow and reduce blockage at our additional expense, the problem of AC shutdown continues and is more frequent. Significant leaks into our ceiling only one week after the “service man” was here to drain the pan and clear the blockage. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company
