I can’t recommend Stuarts enough. Courteous, trustworthy and experienced. John made the process simple and easy…and fast! In less than 24 hours a new system installed during 100 plus temps. Plus he left a temporary solution to keep me comfortable overnight. This is not the first time they’ve gone above and beyond for me. In a time where everything is going corporate and concentrating on dollars and not people, Stuarts still runs the good old way.
Filled out their online form and Sheila contacted me very quickly. She is just the sweetest by the way! Got me scheduled for same day service and the techs were here on time, plus got my air back running in no time. Jon also informed me of what’s going on with my inside unit so I can keep an eye on it for future replacement. I appreciate the thoroughness and quick turnaround time. I’ll definitely call Stuart’s for all of my future hvac needs.
