I called on April 27, 2026 at 1:21pm. I had to leave a message as no one answered. I explained that I was in a pinch and needed a storage unit quickly. I ask that someone please call me back as soon as possible. It is now April 28, 2026 at 7:35pm and I have NOT yet gotten a callback.Here are my thoughts on this: Firstly,why have a phone number listed, and the answering machine set up,when it's not even checked for at least over 24 hours at a time? I sent a message to request a unit and was answered very promptly! Unfortunately, they didn't have temperature controlled units which I needed for my home canned goods. But great service.
