Finally, a professional & transparent contracting company from the estimate to completion and payment!! Terrible customer service. They came for estimate, I took off from work to spend time with them showing each area of the project and brainstorm different layouts only to be ghosted by them. David, the estimator, said he will send the estimates in couple of days but its more than a month now, no response. Tried calling them several times, only one time they picked up and said will get back to you on it. But still no response. If you are not interested in the job, better say it instead of ghosting people.
