Trish is the best realtor in Ventura County! This was our first home buying experience, and she guided us through every step of the way. We bought new construction, so Trish really stepped in and made sure our best interests were a priority with the builder. My husband and I were totally clueless on the home buying experience, and Trish explained everything — and I mean literally everything — to us in a way that we could understand. We ended up with our first home purchase and couldn’t be more grateful for all her expertise!
