I can't really say enough about the service i receive from Stuart Rose. Brie and both Kellys are always a pleasure to speak with and there is never a problem scheduling regular system maintenance. I have been requesting that they send John Golombeki who has performed our last several services. John is a terrific guy who works quickly, quietly, and with a thorough knowledge of our system. I have used Stuart Rose since they installed my new heater and air conditioner in 2003. Serge is very thorough and makes sure everything is working. Hoping to get a few more years with this original unit, but plan to have Stuart Rose replace the units when the time comes.
This morning I had my HVAC system routine maintenance done by Stuart Rose. We have used their service for over 25 years. John Golombeki did the service. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, as always. A pleasure to do business with this company.
The technicians were running a bit behind but kept in touch which made all the difference! This was their first visit to the property so a thorough assessment was done and they fixed the unit that was broken. Rolando and Steve were great to work with and explained everything. Thank you Stuart Rose!
The technicians did an excellent job replacing our HVAC system, very informative and did an awesome job of cleaning up after! We've used Stuart Rose for a very long time and will certainly continue. Thanks for such great service!
