I have used Stuart Rose since they installed my new heater and air conditioner in 2003. Serge is very thorough and makes sure everything is working. Hoping to get a few more years with this original unit, but plan to have Stuart Rose replace the units when the time comes.
This morning I had my HVAC system routine maintenance done by Stuart Rose. We have used their service for over 25 years. John Golombeki did the service. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, as always. A pleasure to do business with this company.
I can't really say enough about the service i receive from Stuart Rose. Brie and both Kellys are always a pleasure to speak with and there is never a problem scheduling regular system maintenance. I have been requesting that they send John Golombeki who has performed our last several services. John is a terrific guy who works quickly, quietly, and with a thorough knowledge of our system. Was very professional and went right to work checked heat and air output and thermostat efficiency. Also fixed the front covers of the furnace to close correctly. Very efficient and with a friendly personality!! 😊
