My son is required to get his senior photos taken at this studio for his senior photo to be submitted in the yearbook. We had a great experience with the general photo session and the photographer, however when we were leaving, my son asked the photographer to be sent a specific photo (he gave him a sneak peek of a couple of photos taken during the photo session) as one of the proofs and the photographer mentioned that if we were not happy with the proofs that were provided, to please reach out and that the studio would be a... read more

In February, they emailed me a 10% off promotional email for class photos and I clicked the link in the email to order my daughters' photos. I ended up with the prior year's photos instead of the current year. When I notified them I received the wrong (not current) photos, I was told that in order for a refund, I had to mail back the photos and would still be charged for the digital images. Why would they link old school pictures instead of the current ones? It's very misleading and ridiculous as their products are already o... read more

I am sorry we disappointed *******. We keep all of our images online indefinitely as a service to our clients. ******* should have received separate emails, one for each set of images. When ******* logged into the gallery to order, she was seeing a gallery display of last year's photos, ordering the photo she liked, and putting last year's photo into her shopping cart, and hitting the order / checkout button. We would be happy to provide a refund after the return of the final prints.

Do not solicit business using the Corna virus as a reason I should buy photos of my kids NOW. The implication that they may be dead soon is tasteless and crass.

Terrible senior portraits - there was little variation in poses even when you pay more to upgrade the photo session thinking you'll get quality images. For our junior year pictures, we had Stuart Rogers retouch the image and they took off part of my son's lip. Calling them was a joke saying there was nothing wrong. Finally, through elevating the issue they agreed and it took two times for them to get the quality retouching right. I heard the horror stories which came true. No idea why the school switched to them. The picture was horrible and when I pre-ordered online they automatically added shipping when all photos are being sent to the school for pick up. That is a shady business practice. I would not reccomend. My son looks sickly and gaunt in his pictures, his shirt is clearly pulled off to one side. He said they didn't even ask him if he was ready before they snapped the picture.
