While these buildings are in a great location, they are not a great place to live. The landlord and management are very hard to communicate and work with, are inflexible to their tenants' needs, and are never actually around to help anyone. The building is very old and dingy and most things in the units are barely in working order. I would not recommend living here nor working with Stuart Realty.
Jim made promises for showings, and then did not follow thru. When I finally got a showing, he acted like he had never spoken with me. During the showing he made inappropriate comments and gestures which were very uncomfortable toward both myself and my daughter. I did like apartment. I gave him my fees and application. I then let him know of my dissatisfaction of his inappropriate gestures, and questions, as well as other issues regarding his general unprofessional handling of the whole process. I've lived in my building for 8 years now and Jim has always been wonderful when I need anything. It's unfortunate to read the other 2 reviews posted, as they're not indicative of the experiences I've had.
