Stuart is hands down the best Realtor I have ever worked with. He thoroughly understands the Spokane market. His pricing ideas and marketing for our home was spot on. We worked with Stuart on what was supposed to be a straight forward rental property purchase. It turned out the seller was going through a bankruptcy and required so much additional work on behalf of Stuart as well as dealing with all of the intricacies of dealing with the court, delays, and additional difficulties that ensued. Finding a good realtor can be like finding a needle in a haystack. Somehow, we found the needle right away. These days, when your haystack is the internet, it can be even more difficult.
