I had been evaluating having cataract for over 3 years. Stuart said when you're ready come in and I will take care of it. I am a veteran, and I could have had the surgery done for free at the VA. But the VA eye surgeons were all young with a limited number of eye surgeries (20 to 100). There was one issue with the surgery was that my eyes do not dilate enough. Went 2 years ago for a cataract consultation. Insisted on doing a battery of tests before giving info. Had some of these tests 2 months before from another Dr. After tests mention something not right with cornea. Asked if I should see a specialist Said not necessary. He also promoted doing other procedures, like a stent during surgery. After the stent to relieve pressure in 1 eye there was no differences between my 2 eyes. . He did cataract surgery on eye.
