Typical office. Rush rush rush like you are wasting their time. Went one time and immediately searched for a new office. They also fraudulently billed two office visits in one day. Watch your bills!!! I was charged an “established” patient visit at my first ever appointment, on top of a “new patient” charge. Anything to squeeze an extra dollar because their top priority is money and not the patients well being. Go elsewhere!!!
I’m a normal average person. I showed up at 9:30 for my 9:30 appointment. I had diligently registered through the online portal, which confirmed my appt time of 9:30. They said I need to come at 9am for a 9:30 appt so I would need to reschedule for another day. When I have a 9:30 appointment I come at 9:30, duh!
Dr Motley always gives me personal attention and treats me with care!
This guy and the practice that he is at is like the McDonald's of Dr. offices. They want you in and out, don't want to help you and dismiss serious symptoms. Its nearly impossible to get an appointment, they always point you towards urgent care instead. I'm pretty sure I have a different lung problem but he just keeps saying it's asthma and prescribing more and more asthma treatments.
