I’m a normal average person. I showed up at 9:30 for my 9:30 appointment. I had diligently registered through the online portal, which confirmed my appt time of 9:30. They said I need to come at 9am for a 9:30 appt so I would need to reschedule for another day. When I have a 9:30 appointment I come at 9:30, duh!
Dr Motley always gives me personal attention and treats me with care!
This guy and the practice that he is at is like the McDonald's of Dr. offices. They want you in and out, don't want to help you and dismiss serious symptoms. Its nearly impossible to get an appointment, they always point you towards urgent care instead. I'm pretty sure I have a different lung problem but he just keeps saying it's asthma and prescribing more and more asthma treatments. The smartest decision I made was switching to another PCP. I was with doctor Motley a considerable amount of time. BUT I started seeing that Dr. Motley was just a conduit for care. I asked him if he would write a script for RLS. He refused. It took me going to another PCP who had the forethought to check some labs that can affect Restless Leg Syndrome.
