I badly sprained my ankle for the third time in April 2024, and I visited Dr. Michnick two weeks after the injury to assess the damage and figure out next steps. I'm in my late 30s and have injured this ankle each decade since I was 14, and Dr. Michnick listened to my concerns, my hopes for recovery, and offered clear options going forward.
