THE ATTITUDE OF THE FRONT DESK COMES FROM THE LOWEST LEVEL OF CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE. I AM NOT SURE IF THE HIGH LEVEL OF INSULIN RESISTANCE CAUSED IT? BUT WOMAN WHO IS IN CHARGE TO PROVIDE PAPER ORDERS MUST GO THROUGH THE BASIC TRAINING AND BUY A MIRROR TO PRACTICE FRIENDLY GREETINGS! DOC WAS FINE. FRONT DESKS???? WELL HOW TO.SAY IT...FROM THE BLOCK....YOU GET AN IDEA
Our wonderful Martin Health System, which was a main reason for retiring in Stuart ten years ago, has been destroyed by the ‘big business management’ approach of Cleveland Clinic. My doctor has 3000 patients allocated to him, so in his own words, he has no time for follow up visits or even a face-to-face wellness visit once a year. Nurse practitioners are doing the lion’s share of the work….cheaper, more profit 😏
