I will not be returning to Kaufman Eye Institute. Although I was happy with the doctor, the staff was condescending and rude to me. They provided me with incorrect information about their policies and procedures, and they gave me a hard time when I cancelled and order before it was processed and requested a refund.
Thanks to Dr. Kaufman and his great staff for a fine job on my recent cataract surgeries. I'm seeing better than ever. I appreciate the patience, efficiency and professionalism in the Bushnell and Zephyrhills offices. The Ambulatory Surgery Center does a super job as well.
I am so impressed with the fine work that Dr. Kaufman and his wonderful staff do. I just had cataract surgery on both eyes, and haven't seen this well in 70 years. Thank you all.
I couldn't even get passed calling and getting a price for an eye exam. The lady proceeded in telling me it is 109 for the medical portion of the visit plus the eye exam (which I never got a price on.) I then asked "Do you have to get the medical portion of the exam?" in which she then just started to REPEAT *which I HATE for someone to do* themselves. So I then HUNG UP and will never go or recommend the business to anyone!
