Dr. Jacob was excellent! I’m very pleased to find a doctor as thorough and professional as him. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very little wait time, Dr Jacob thoroughly, examined my feet, and diagnosed and treated my issues. (I had seen another podiatrist last year for what was supposed to be my first diabetic foot exam he never came near my feet. Poor care.. Staff that has zero knowledge of insurance deductibles, etc., esp. when it comes to Medicare and a 2nd supp. Insurance. I had already paid my deductible for the year and owed nothing for the visit and the receptionist wanted $250. I got frustrated and eventually loud, attempting to explain to her something she should know. Dr. Jacobs comes out and takes her side, telling me, “calm down Emma, she knows what she’s doing” um..NO, she didn’t. Turned out I was correct and owed nothing
