an hour he said ...........no not an hour...over 2 , still bugs stuck to the front, should be perfect for price and time . with that said the guys try real hard but they throw to much at them and lie to customers to convince them they will have it done for you in time.
They used to be the best in town, now they're one of the worst. Just paid $25 for their best service. I may as well paid $5 at a gas station. Their staff look like a bunch of stoners. I still have bugs on my windshield, bumper and mirrors. Inside is cookie crumbs in the console that wasn't vacuumed. Never wiped the console or the door jambs. Never again. Find somewhere else to spend your money.
They work employees likes slaves, low. illegal pay. Idiots.
RecommendedWent here for the first time Saturday and was extremely satisfied with the service. My truck was cleaned inside and out flawsely.
It shouldn’t take 45 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. You need to fix this. Lots of competition these days, guys. You don’t have enough people working. I’m sitting here and there’s no cars coming out but there was 6 cars when I pulled up. Keep it moving and hire more people!!!
Quick service. $12 for basic car wash with tire shine. They dried my car after and cleaned the windows. I'm satisfied. �
Do not go to this car wash if you are expecting good customer service. After being told to leave my car keys inside my car I paid for a simple 12.95 exterior wash. While waiting 15/20 min the owner informed me that the car wash locked my keys inside the car. He made me feel like it was my problem and I needed to solve the issue since I did not know a security code!!!!! After waiting for 45/60 minutes I was informed that a locksmith would arrive. Your experience begins with a pressure upsell for wash extras and top end services. The actual wash mechanism and fabric cleaning curtains are old and caked with crud and do little to clean but do more to damage your paint. I found that my center console was gone through and tossed for anything good to take along with my drivers seat and mirrors adjusted for the attendant to drive my car into the wash. I picked up my vehicle and was ready to leave, but good thing I looked around inside the cup holders and side pocket of the doors were never vacuumed or wiped out! I was ready to leave because, I had to pick up my baby and as I got home to look around some more my windows were still dirty, my cup holders in the back were still dirty.
