Do not use this company. When your bank gives you three appraisal companies to choose from, this company comes up $1,000 less than the other two companies for a Commercial Appraisal. So naturally you would choose them like I did. Their appraisal was almost 50% less then my last appraisal. They caused all kinds of complications with my bank. Pay the extra $1,000 and go with a reputable company that knows what they are doing, Stuart Appraisal Company does not and will cause you lots of grief and lots of money in the end.
