Worst customer service ever. I blew out my bearing on my boat trailer and needed it towed 34 miles. They quoted me 1330.00. They wanted all the information sent through pictures and I only had one bar on my phone and it wouldn't send. They had the payment info but wouldn't send out a tow truck until it all went through. It was extremely frustrating that they would accommodate me. After an hour and half of trying to deal with them, I decided to call someone else. That call took 5 minutes and was 900.00 cheaper. Worst mechanic spot you can go too it's over priced and they dont get the job done right the first time plus impound fees are too much more than watt the cars are worth
The man who helped me get my possessions from my totalled car was very helpful, respectful, and genuine during this emotional time for me. Thank you so much for helping me dig through shards and slivers of glass to help me retrieve my valuable items!
