I sent my change of address to Thomas Smith at Ditsky in September with the subject line "Change of Address for W2." I heard nothing back. I hadn't received my W2 as of Feb 7 so I called and emailed to inquire. After a back and forth with Tom, I finally discerned that he had sent my W2 to my previous address.
