Hi there, I just had to drop a line to rave about our incredible experience at Wildsmiles recently! Honestly, the entire team there is just phenomenal. Heading to the dentist can sometimes be a little nerve-wracking, especially for the kids, but they truly go above and beyond to make everything so smooth and genuinely pleasant. The worst Pediatric Dental Experience in 17 1/2 years, with 3 kids. Actually, the worst dental experience in my 44 years with any dentist (and i was broughtup with those 80s dentists!). Before I scheduled my kids appointment I did the right thing by confirming with this provider and the Crestview location that they were in network with my SPECIFIC insurance via plan number and social security number. great review from my kids at wild smiles in Cview!! Sarah and Dr lauren managed my kids with ease. They were fun but operated within set boundaries for their safety. Sarah used excellent show, tell, do (good informed consent) with the kids and I. I felt much more comfortable there vs the other pediatric dentist office I've been.
