I just witnessed a driver of this company in Augusta, Ga sit through three red lights while on their phone. People blaring the horn and no response or anything. I am a business owner, and if I had a driver driving one of my new Ford Mavericks the way this kid drives. He’d be fired on the spot.
I witnessed one of their employees working in our neighborhood, and the experience was concerning. He appeared inexperienced and struggled with basic tasks. He removed multiple telephone box casings but failed to put them back, leaving the infrastructure exposed to the elements. Additionally, he opened every water access cover on the lawns and didn’t bother replacing a single one.
