Not good service be better off contacting private contracting. They one mark power told me they can't do it on easment. Then said he can't mark the power cause there's no meter ln house when it's inside power box said he can't mark it still cause no box. They can still mark if there guy knows it goes under ground They staff needs better training.

Let's start off by saying that I attempted multiple times to contact the company directly with no answer. A person driving a vehicle with a utiliquest sign on the back. Pulled out in front of me with no hazard lights, no warning, and with my kids in the back, in a 55 mile an hour speed limit. We were lucky nobody got hurt. It seems like he waited for me to get close before he just pulled out. Please get this guy off the road. He's going to kill somebody.
All I have to say is wow just wow. This morning on my way to downtown Canton I had one of your trucks pull out in front of me causing me to almost rear end him or her. No throwing up a hand for apology no nothing. unfortunately, I had to deal with rude and disrespectful people from this company, and I wasn’t even doing business with them. I really wish I could’ve given Zero stars. I had a driver show up to my home and all I did was ask him. What kind of services was he doing on my property “simple question” he was clearly annoyed I was asking him questions- he explained he was there regarding my phone line with AT&T and the AT&T sent him, That’s when I explained I don’t have a phone line with AT&T.
