Took a 1 year old enclosed trailer in for a simple inspection in February and left with a hole through the front of the trailer from what seemed to be from a forklift. Was told my “employee came and said it didn’t need to be fixed” (I don’t have employees) and got the run around for 7 months. Once I reached upper management I was told the metal would be ordered and repaired asap, apologized for the inconvenience and haven’t been able to get ahold of them in over 30 days. Great price on the part, great service. The big box on the air bag was dirty (expected) told him "I gotta put it in my cab, can I have a bag?" I went to Bathroom, came back he had it Saran wrapped! 👍 Awesome. Thank you Shane !!!
