Yes. I saw this person BULLY people. I saw the owner CONRRADO JIMENEZ bully someone on FACEBOOK A FEW TIMES. This guy is not a good person and if you value morals and believe that someone who is a bully does not deserve your money- there are hundreds of computer and phone repair places in MEMPHIS. Pls go there . The owner harasses women . I saw it in my own eyes tonight how he harassed and humiliated a woman on a Facebook group. I felt bad for her.

In September, I was traveling across the country and my iPhone quit working in Louisiana. In Memphis, I found STS Repair and within 20 minutes my phone was fixed, the problem was explained and I was happy. The two young people working were friendly and very knowledgeable. I had over used a charger from Walmart (not from Apple) and my battery swelled and broke my screen.
RecommendedHad a screen that cracked on my iPhone and I went back to them. I have used them a few times in the past. The staff is very friendly. I enjoyed the experience and would go back if I have another problem in the future
I got my screen replaced here last Monday & it looks great! No screen issues, whatsoever. It was a little pricy, but they do have a year warranty & great reviews, which is why I chose them. I had an issue with my phone speaker (the one you hold up to your ear), it wasn’t working. I took it in, today & alls well! They’re quick, do awesome work & are very personable. I highly recommend! Wife had a bad cracked screen on her samaung galaxy S8 called on a friday talked to Katlin, very nice, gave price on phone, no run around and when finished said have a great rest of your day. Went in on saturday, fixed it in 2 hours, great service by Katlin and CJ. Katlin looked to make sure nothing else was wrong, both of them even put up with my kids. Will go back again.
I have purchased several iPads from STS and they work great! I also had them replace the hard drive of my old Macbook Pro and it has been in perfect working order ever since!! I highly recommend STS!
